What we do with your data.

Short, and without the legal fog: we collect only what we need in order to answer your enquiry. We sell nothing to anyone and there is not a single tracking script on this site.

002 — WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY FROM THE CONTACT FORM ONLY

    Which data

    Your name, an email address or phone number, the project type and the text of your message — exactly what you fill in on the Contact page. We collect nothing else and add nothing from other sources.

    For what purpose

    So that we can answer your enquiry and, if relevant, prepare a quote. Nothing else. We do not send a newsletter and we do not use the data for cold calling.

  • G.03

    On what legal basis

    On your consent, given by ticking the box when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time by email.

  • G.04

    For how long

    If nothing comes of it, we delete the enquiry within 12 months of the last contact. If we do work together, the data becomes part of the contract records and we keep it for as long as the law requires.

    Name of the service that processes the form (e.g. Web3Forms or Formspree) and a link to its terms.

    Name of the hosting provider and the country where the servers are.

    We do not sell, rent out or supply the data for advertising purposes. We do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

004 — TRACKING AND COOKIES

    No tracking cookies

    The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies that would follow you between pages. That is why there is no irritating consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

    No third-party scripts

    We host the fonts on our own server, so your IP address is not sent to Google or anywhere else. No third-party code runs on this site.

005 — YOUR RIGHTS

    To know, and to get a copy

    You can ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it. We reply within 30 days.

    To correct or erase

    If the data is wrong, we will correct it. If you want it erased, we will erase it — unless the law requires us to keep it.

    To object and to complain

    You can object to the processing. A complaint can be lodged with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
