A website takes four to six weeks, an online shop eight to ten. For an app, an internal system or an automation we agree the date after analysis and write it into the quote. That runs from the moment we agree the scope and the price — not from the first call.

Only one thing really moves the date: waiting for materials from you. So right at the start we send a short list of what we need and agree a date for it to arrive. The whole sequence is set out under Process.

No — it is the rule rather than the exception. We can write the copy for you: we ask questions at the consultation and turn your answers into the whole content, which you then approve or adjust. It is a paid add-on from €150.

With photographs we have three options: we edit the ones on your phone — often they are enough; we show you how to shoot them yourself in half an hour; or we arrange a photographer who bills you directly. We use licensed stock only as a stopgap — your own photos sell better.

No. We look after only the sites we built ourselves. With someone else's site we do not know what state the code is in, who else has access, whether backups exist, or what will fall over at the first update. Any estimate would be invented, and we will not stand behind something we have not seen from the inside.

What we can do is build a new site and move the content and the domain across. In most cases that works out cheaper than repairing someone else's work — and you know where you stand.

We do not require a retainer and we do not want to tie you to anything. The code, the servers and the domains are in your name, invoices come to you directly from the provider, and you need not pay us a cent.

If a change is needed later, we make it at €35 an hour and nothing is billed until you ask for something. If you would rather not think about it, we offer Service from €49 a month — hosting, backups, updates, uptime monitoring and an hour of changes a month. It is optional, not a condition. And if you want to edit the content yourself, the admin panel is part of the project.

Yes, and we plan for it. A one-page site can grow into a site with sub-pages, and bookings or a shop can be added without rebuilding from scratch. That is why we build it to be extended from the very start.

If one day you decide to continue with someone else, we hold nothing back — we hand over the logins and the code and help with the move.
